An explosion at a manufacturing facility has left two staff injured in Samut Prakan province close to Bangkok. The incident occurred yesterday when a newly bought cutting software malfunctioned. The gadget had been in use for only some hours when it exploded, severely injuring the employees. The manufacturing facility specialises in recycling outdated automotive air conditioners.
The explosion happened around 5.30pm yesterday in the factory inside Soi Bang Pla 20 in Bang Pla Subdistrict, Bang Phli District. The two injured employees have been found amid the wreckage, one severely injured with lacerations across his face and body, while the opposite had fragments embedded beneath his proper eye and forehead however was still acutely aware.
